On May 27, 2018, the two-stage cyclone project jointly developed by Qingdao Yisanyi Oil and Gas Technology Co., Ltd. and CNOOC Aipu Oil and Gas Testing Co., Ltd. was successfully completed, accepted and shipped.

The equipment of this project is used for incoming fluids with high oil content at the wellhead. The inlet oil content can reach up to 10%, and the oil density is between 880-940kg/m3. After treatment by a cyclone device, the outlet water reaches below 1000ppm. Considering complex factors such as liquid density and viscosity, a two-stage cyclone is adopted to ensure that the outlet meets customer requirements. At the same time, the equipment is compact, with a processing capacity of 20m3/h and a pry block occupying only 2m X 1m of space, achieving the goal of compact separation.
