Our company and CNOOC Tianhua Institute jointly conducted tests on the compact cyclone air flotation CFU+membrane technology at the Gudong No. 4 Joint Station, and achieved significant results. After CFU treatment, the oil content of the incoming liquid reaches below 10ppm; After treatment, the produced water enters membrane technology equipment such as dynamic membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, evaporators, etc., which enables the membrane to operate stably for a long time and the pressure drop of the membrane remains basically unchanged. The overall performance exceeded expectations.
